Highlife legend Kwabena Kwabena has ignited fresh conversations about infidelity following candid remarks made during an interview on Hitz FM in late January 2026.
While discussing his classic hit song “Aso”—a track centered on betrayal and heartbreak—the musician explained that cheating is not gender-specific. According to him, infidelity “swings both ways,” and men are equally guilty of acts that damage trust in relationships.
“Alot of men out there are sleeping with their wives’ best friends and they need to stop,” he stated.
He further added:
“Apart from the fact that I’m telling the ‘Aso’ story for the men, it’s something relatable because it’s happening both ways. There are guys who are chopping their wives’ best friends. You guys need to stop.”
