Ahead of the launch, Horlap CEO and tech visionary Kelvin Oduro Aboagye @_thetechstar paid a courtesy visit to Richard Nii Armah Quaye @richardniiarmahquaye , Founder of RNAQ Holdings, to formally invite him to grace the occasion.
